Currently, there are approaches to deploy heavyweight attack helicopters on the ANADOLU class and similar platforms. In addition to its heavyweight ammunition capacity, it can perform tasks in more difficult sea conditions as a high sea position platform. Temel Kotil has announced that the 11 tonne ATAK II will start the engine and turn the propeller in 2022. He said that the engine will come from Ukraine and the contract was signed in this context. This helicopter will be equipped with a 2500 hp engine and will fly in 2023.
