France plans to build new aircraft carrier to be operational by 2038

France plans to build a new nuclear-powered aircraft carrier 300 meters long, 75,000 tons. The new nuclear-powered aircraft carrier will be capable of carrying over 30 aircraft and will be operational by 2038.
