Will NATO members unite against Russia in the event of an invasion of Ukraine?

It seems the Russian threat has not united NATO members as expected. Someone is really reminded that Ukraine is not a member of NATO. However, statements by certain member states suggest that the motto "one for all, all for one" does not appear to apply unless the adversary attacks some NATO members or all of them.
